Great Printer

This is the best printer I have ever purchased the print quality is great. Set up was really easy I had my home computer and two laptops set up wireless in less than 45min. I think it would have been less time except the software is slow loading but works the first time. I would recommend this printer to any one who is looking for a good printer and easy to set up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

nothing but problems

I purchased the Artisan 810 about 7 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Forget duplex printing, even single sided printing jams. I sometimes get as many as 8-10 pages feeding through at a time. It's not the paper, as I've tried the best of various brands. I've printed photos using PhotoShop on a number of printers, but can't on this one. The ink runs, literally runs down the print.
Today, I'm getting an error message and now the printer won't work at all. I've given up. I won't buy another Epson product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The great versatility of the 810 is nice. I was dismayed to learn Epson has not solved the envelope problem in a better way. It is fundamental. the receptacle for printed pages is a bit hokey, too. It prints a good , sharp clean page, which is the best I can say for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer lives up to all my expectations. It prints extremely fast, with a clear, defined print. The faxing and copying features are excellent. The photo quality is one of the best I have ever used. The setup and operation of this printer is very easy to follow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product has come in very handy all the time. We have copied family photos, made new photots from our cameras,made copies of homework,legal documents,and other things too numerous to mention. I never thought this products would be so valuable to me and it is always available. I have even helped my neighbor out and faxed things (for myself too.) This is a must have for home systems and I will recommend it to all.

This is the best printer I have ever bought in my whole life i mean it works with my Iphone. I cant wait to see what is next in the future with printers I mean this printer works with my Iphone . me an my wife were so excited to use it to print the pic that we took from the vacation.

Good print quality.
Poor paper handling - jams often with Epson Premium Photo and Epson Premium Matte - which we use often. No way my wife will use this printer after all the jams and restarts. Was printing homemade calendars over the weekend and for 104 pages of Premium Matte, printing both sides (manually) I gave up after half my job was printed and switched back to our old Epson R260 (NO problems with the matte on the R260). And it was frustrating to start a job and go across the room to clear each jam - many of these had to be Canceled completly and restarted at the computer. I had at least 30 jams.
Could only load about 20 - 24 pages of matte at a time. The old R260 will take a full 50 page pack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very impressive

Although I have only had this printer for a little over a week, my first impression of the Artisan 810 is it is an awesome photo printer. I have been printing postcard photos with stunning results. The colors are vivid and consistent. I also find myself wondering if the printer is working because it is very quite. I will be using this printer primarily for presentations and photographs. I am particularly happy there is full support for Linux using CUPS. Linux is the only OS I use.
