All great, except printing envelopes

I have had the 810 for over a year and everything is terrific, except this Christmas I tried to print addresses on envelopes and they kept jamming. Finally had to print labels instead. Gave my HP to my son that printed envelopes great, but I had become allergic to HP's ink fumes. I tried loading the envelopes both bottom and top, both jammed. Anyone know a solution?

I have been a long time user of Epson printer products and very satisfied with most Epson printers I have been used. For this particular model Epson WorkForce 610 and some newer model of Espon Stylus printers, the printing qualities are always superior with brilliant color contrast. Image printing of the Epson is superd. The speed has been quite slower than some models, but meet the expectation, anyway. Wireless networking is a plus with some easy installation instructions.
The down side of this printer as well as models Epson Stylus 800, 810 is the ink consuming during cleaning cyle, either during turn-on processes or with automatic maintenance. This will not help with ink usage, particulary if you want to power on the machine constantly.

i had a 9000 all in one and saw the Artisan 810 and wanted to try the wifi the 9000 was working fine after one year the 810 had more bells on it and after i set it up i was impressed i really enjoy the fact i can print graph paper on it. i have enjoyed Epson Products fo 30 years and it can surive what i put them thru it has to be a well built machine or i will not buy it the products and staff have never let me down and it is a great Company to buy from and you get what you pay for .

Seems like a good unit. i bought it for the DVD surface writer. It is hard to find a DVD surface writer. I had an Epson Rnnn (don't remember) it is 4 years old - ahd to throw it out. the tubes jammed with ink. Looking forward to a good life out of this uni.

Great Printer if you can afford the ink

This printer is really great, but the cost of the ink is ridiculous. I have not been able to find ink in any retail store in my area, and have to buy it online.

Installation was quick and easy with driver downloaded for Windows 7. Wireless through our modem works well. Copying and printing are very easy. Scanner is simple to operate. Document feeder is great! Works much faster than our previous color printer.

I like this all-in-one! The touch screen is easy to use, the icons make it intuitive. The specific functions are easy to access, and the options are well chosen and integrated. I especially liked the wireless installation for use with our two computers. I tried the photo printing menu and was very satisfied with the quality of the printed picture. I picked one of storm clouds at sunset and the colors were exactly what I was looking for. The camera card slots add great flexibility in inputting pictures. I was also impressed with the ease of setting up and using the fax. Overall this was an excellent choice for a home machine, one I recommend to anyone who needs all these functions.
