Swift and easy so far

I put mine to work right away. It was very easy to get it set up and going. So far it is great. I plan to use it for making art cards so I hope it continues to work hard at it. My old all in one started having difficulty feeding heavyweight papers. And that was a bummer because i would have to feed a cleaning sheet through the machine every other print but the print quality waS great. I am hoping that print quality on the artisan is up to par with the old printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I did not know what to expect out of this printer. But I
found out. Speed was excelent, simplicity was unbeliveable. The six color printing is beautiful. Printing from a camera so simple. Two sided printing so easy.
Faxing a document a snap. It sure has saved me time and money. I am sold on this 810 All-in-One Printer! !

New All in One Printer

Arrived next day. Instruction were excellent. Easy to connect both hard wired and wireless. Colors are great. Printing speed is 3X old printer. Noise level is a little high. Called customer service with a connection question and was connect in less then one minute and rec'd an immediate answer with some addtional suggestions also offered that were helpful. Front touch panel a pleasure to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing is all I can say. The auto double sided printing is fantastic. I would highly recomend this printer to any one.

We're having problems getting it to print consecutive pages. Every other page gets jammed. HOWEVER...we think it's a the paper, not the printer. Will buy better quality paper tomorrow and try again.

The printer itself appears to do a good job. The output tray is cheap and may not hold up.
Software was a nightmare. The install claims it was for Windows 7, but did nothing. Getting the update from the Epson website proved to also be futile. Contacting tech support proved to be the answer. Each piece of the software had to be manually installed taking a lot of time. Not all the features work and this may require more calls to tech support.
Epson makes a good product...I just wish their software was as good?????????

Why I won't buy another Epson

I found a real bargan in an Epson Printer. Or so I thought!
After waiting anxiously, for the printer to get here, I unpacked everything and started putting it together. Put the disk in to install the drivers and carefully read the "Artuusan 810 Series Start Here" leaflet. Pulled all the packing out of the machine and put the UBS plug in. Started the "installation" program. It lead me through the process of setting time, date, etc. It then told me to install the ink. Pulled the yellow tag off each of the ink-boxes & put them in the color-coded slot. Machine said,"Buy our Ink." No test print. Just "Buy our Ink". Why should I believe the ink I buy would have any more ink in it than the Ink you sent with the printer?
