Printing not as clear and bright as should be. I found photos and colors not to be as bright as advertised. Pushed buttons are slow to respond and to activate.

Does it all - Does it well

What a great purchase. The Artisan 810 All-in-One was so simple to install. I am good at following directions, but I am not tech savvy. I was worried about combining a photo printer with an all-in-one. But there is absolutely no compromise in quality in any of the areas I use this printer for. The first day I set it up, I made sure to try every feature. Each task went off with out a problem, and the results were great. The photos are gorgeous. It is also great to have one unit take the place of three units. With my new Artisan 810, I was able to retire my old 4-in-one, my old photo printer and my old flat screen scanner (which also means less cables). My husband is thrilled to sit with his lap top in the living room and be able to wirelessly print in the next room. Great deal! Great printer/fax/scanner....

I have always liked Epson products because their support is so terrific. I'd even take a slightly 'worse' product just because of the support ... but happily I don't have to. This is my third Epson printer and they've all performed up to snuff for me. Prices are good (no, they're excellent!) and to be able to get a person on the line speaking clearly who knows the English language is a real treat. And the waiting times have always been short (knock on wood!) What's more, the people handling my calls seem to actually understand their products. You well know that's not a common practice in the world of computer products. I'll always go to Epson first.

This is a very nice all-in-one printer and easy to use. The copies are nice and crisp for both color and b/w. I got mine on sale and it was a real bargin.

Very easy install. Registration was simple and quick. The software identified my product and serial number, so I did not have to search for the numbers and such.
Printed 2 CD's already with pro results.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this from epson on a special 48 hr special "buy this now deal".
Took a while to hook up lotta packaging to keep it safe!
dont think i can fax cause i'm a MAC guy. I have snow leopard and have to use image capture to run scanner & card reader.
On the first print made a coloring book print off the card reader (not on purpose) will get this figured out. Haven't been able to find out about printing off the Iphone yet. I have printed some CD's. you should sign up for EPSON DEALS! looking forward to some more paper clearance deals.
I will like it, did they say replacement gaurantee?

Neat Features

Pros: It does a lot of nifty stuff. I like the fact that it uses separate cartridges for each ink color. I am especially happy that it is wireless. Cons: I'm not convinced the colors are accurate. I haven't printed any photos yet. I've only printed text and a printable CD. It is also horribly noisy. I heard it starting up from an adjacent room over the loud TV. I got it for a great price; should have known better. You get what you pay for. It is unfortunate that this is my first Epson product. A number of my friends are graphic artists and photographers. They won't have anything but Epson. I'm not sure I would ever buy another one.
