the paper tray is weak. needs to be stronger, better construction. Four star rating because of the printer tray.

WHITE LINE

SETTING UP THE PRINTER WAS VERY SIMPLE. PRINTING TEXT WAS FAST, HOWEVER. WHEN I TRIED TO PRINT 4 X 6s ON PREMIUM GLOSSY PHOTO PAPER, THE PAPER WOULD NOT FEED. I REMOVED HALF OF THE 20 SHEETS IN THE TRAY, AND STILL THE PAPER WOULD NOT FEED. I CLICKED "CONTINUE" WHEN THE ERROR WINDOW APPEARED SOMETIMES AS MANY AS FOUR TIMES BEFORE THE PAPER WOULD THEN FEED. BORDERLESS PHOTOS STILL HAVE A "WHITE LINE" ON ONE END. STILL A VERY GOOD PRINTER FOR PHOTOS. IF THE WHITE LINE ON THE PHOTOS DOES NOT RESOLVE, I AM RETURNING THE UNIT. I ALSO OWN A CX 6600 AND RX620, BOTH VERY GOOD, RELIABLE.

The Epson all in one printer is the best of all the products out there. I had a HP before and was always running out of ink. I gave this printer a 5 due to the double side printing and the fact it is so economical to use . This printer isvery quite and fast and very easy to use for a person who is compurter illiterate like I am.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Print quality is good. Color is good. Epson Support is good. The only problem I have with the Artisan 810 is in the design. Compared to the RX 680, my last printer, the paper is hard to load. I like the top loading feature for single sheet photo paper, labels etc.

It is amazing All-in-one printer. Easy setup and very easy to use all its functions. And Compared to other similar printers, the ink cartridges not expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to setup on a mac with snow leopard. Outstanding printing and photos. Nice app enables me to print from my iphone. great product

I bought this as an extra printer. I have a much more epensive Espon but wanted something I could use to see my photos before I use my other printer. The quality is so good, I may use this one for many of my final prints
