Its a fight to get it to print!

I am so frustrated with this printer! I have never had to fight with a printer to make it print! I use the "heavy" paper settings...dosen't work, regular setting, doesn't work. It jams, even when you use regular paper. This has been since I bought it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Set-up was easy and is a pleasure to use. Able to scan old home photos easily to I-photos.

I am very please to say that my new printer is doing exactly what I needed. And my 13 year old son had no problem getting the wi fi connected, so I was even more happy to put the printer in another area away from our computer to allow more room on the desk.
I would recommend this to a friend!

you want the best well here it is folks this has to be the best printer i have ever own there is nothing that can compare to the ease of this printer easy to use and very high tech and i never own a printer that was this good IF YOUR LOOKING FOR THE BEST PRINTER THIS IS IT LOOK NO FURTHER I PROMISE YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH THIS ARTISAN810 AND THE PROGRAMS THAT COMES WITH IT ARE EASY TO USE . CANT BEAT IT THANK YOU FOR COMING OUT WITH THIS PRODUCT I NEEDED THIS THANKS HAPPY CUSTOMER

Document feeder is not a photo feeder

I've just upgraded from a RX680 for the document feeder first and then the wireless. I scan a ton of photos but unfortunately, the feeder doesn't accomodate them and am still trying to figure out a way to get them to feed as the guide doesn't move but a couple of inches from letter and legal size. The wireless is nice for printing from the computer but, in order to scan docs directly to the computer, you still need the usb unless you use memory card/stick then take it to the computer. The digital menu is much easier to work with and I love the built in cd printer tray and built in duplexer.

I like this printer a lot and would give it 4 1/2 stars, good quality for pictures, cartridges for individual colors, tilting electronic touch panel to use sitting or standing, quickly responds to commands, fax and scanning is easy to use. My only complaint is the paper tray is not easily accessible and frail. The paper tray is hidden so paper cannot be easily loaded, I have to pull the tray out, I have to push a cover back (which is another tray for printing pictures), then load the paper, push it in, then pull out the shelf to catch the paper on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best printer yet

Just got the Artisan 810 and it was a snap to install wirelessly. We have 5 computers and they all can print, scan etc. without having to hook up via USB. Thanks Epson

Only had for a couple of weeks and have not had time to use all the features it has to offer. Replaced my RX595 model which it had the high def printing also, but I believe this printer is even better. Pictures are stunning, printing is fast, and the Wi-Fi feature is great. I went with this model because it had a fax also, which I need for my in home business. So far I really like epson printers. Over 7 years and 3 printers, I have no problem with any of them, just up graded to better models and pass older ones down to kids. I would highly recommend this printer to any one needing a great all in one with wonderful photo prints.
