I don't think they're making this Artisan series anymore, so you can find good deals on the line. And while I bought this particular model for ALL of its features, the one thing I couldn't find any info on was printing labels, which I routinely do as part of my work. Well, I'm happy to report that I have had very little trouble with labels to date, although, I must admit, the cassette tray takes some getting used to and, in my opinion, isn't designed well. Also, the info booklet that comes with the printer leaves a lot to be desired! I had to go online to look for answers to MY questions, but couldn't find them there either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brought this printer to replace my RX595,it's a little more versatile,with touch screen display,fax capablilty,paper tray(so paper cannot be seen),I also like the low profile design of the 810,and last it creates some good images for a all-in-one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this printer. Very easy to set up and to use. Easy to scan and fax, as well as all the print and copy functions. Very nice to have the LCD screen to use without having to turn on the computer. Excellent product, excellent service

Fast, easy to use, outstanding color prints

Follow the instructions provided and I was up and running in no time at all, no issues at all. Wireless connection is wonderful and was easy to establish with the home route and lap tops with WiFi. I was overwhelmed with the quality of color prints the 810 can produce. Select standard mode to maximize inks, and use only photo quality mode for those special pictures you want to produce. Very satisfied with this product.

Set-up is a breeze

Set up on the Artisan 810 was very simple. I even had to do the wireless setup. It prints good so far, 3 pages. I don't think you can go wrong on this one.

I've had the printer for roughly a week now and it's lived up to all the reviews previously written. I have yet to use all the different functions, but the ones I have used have worked flawlessly. I couldn't be happier, and would recommend this printer to anyone. I normally print roughly 300 8x10 photos each month and I expect this printer to shoulder the load.

I can't say a positive thing about this printer! It has trouble feeding paper in for regular printing and then trouble feeding paper to fax. A piece of garbage if you ask me. ugh :(
