Great Printer. Easy Setup. I found that completely wireless setup made printing of large file photos go slow and get lost from time to time. However, wired printer directly to router resolved problem and speeded up print tenfold.

Overall the prints are great. The photos are bright and colors are vibrant. My only negative comment about this printer is the automatic document feeder. After about a years use it usually jams and I need to send it in for a replacement. Epson has been great about sending a new printer, but it is a hassle. If you just want great prints/photos, then this is a wonderful machine, but if you need to make a lot of copies and need the ADF to constantly work then I wouldn't recommend this product. Also, I had many issues with the drivers working properly with my MAC. I am not sure if a PC would have the same issues.

Have had my Epson 810 for a few weeks. Like having it with Wi-Fi and 2 sided printing. Pictures are great. Had and the 200 and still have my 300. Still learning but wouldn't trade it for another brand.

Not able to feed photo-quality matte paper

This is my 4th refurbished replacement unit; it doesn't feed photo-quality matte paper correctly ( 11 mil; 230 gsm; 61 lbs) which is a fairly reasonable thickness for good quality paper. The prints are great, though, once it does feed. But, about 60-70% of the time, the feed mechanism can't load the paper from the tray into the print path. It gives errors of empty tray, or jam. Other printers were returned due to clogged nozzles, paper mis-feeds, and faulty scan head. Customer service support has been very pleasant. Set up is easy; I love the ability to print from the SD card - awesome!. WiFi works nicely; copy feature is cool, scanner works fine. Paper feed problems, and the fact that I've had to send 3 others back for various errors is the reason for the poor review. If I could get one to work correctly, I'd be sincerely wowed!

This printer is easy to use with light-to-the-touch push button features. It doesn't take much for this printer to respond. Crystal clear photos, panel lets you know a phone call is ringing and keeps you informed of what you are doing. Epson keeps me coming back with great customer support and quick product exchange.

I think this is a fantastic printer with one exception - INK USAGE. It really blows through the ink, even though I use the "high-capacity" ink, and print most everything on the "draft" setting. If Epson can come up with a fix for this, they will have a really superb printer to sell.

Epson Artisan 810

Over all I find this printer to be adequate. We still have not figured how to connect the WiFi. It was jammed once and since then on occasion it miss feeds and we get documents on a few sheets of paper.
Picture quality is fantastic! But you must be careful on where the tray is situated or it will feed from the wrong tray. It offers 4x6; 5x7 and 8x10 printing but there is no 5x7 freed tray. It also offers scanning but will scan with my older iMac but not my new iMac Snow Leopard.
Over all not but but occasionally frustrating.
