I have owned the 810 only 2 weeks. Still haven't used color printer. Paper tray is annoying to load and feels flimsy. Back ink is disappearing at an alarming rate even though I've switched to draft settings. Fax works well. Check with me again in a couple months and I may have better ratings based on extended data. I am disappointed that it will only handle #10 envelopes, and only print one at a time. Hope I'm wrong about that.

I recently purchased this printer because of the duplex printing and the 6 separate print cartridges. Unfortunately, I had three paper jams, the last of which resulted in a small piece of paper caught in a place where I could not remove it. I called the help desk, explained the problem, and they overnighted a new printer to replace mine. Great service, however, I am a bit concerned about this happening again.

Great quality pictures, good text. Paper handling can be a little sloppy when mixing paper types in the tray.

I love my Epson Artisan 810 Printer!

I love my new Artisan 810 All-in-One Printer. I just wish I could get some more Epson Bright White paper for it. I hate to go back to using ** paper but I'm running very low and can't find it at the Epson online store or anywhere else.

The only issue I have had was in the wait for my printer to be delivered. Once I received it, I have been nothing less than pleased. It prints flawless photos and the wireless network was a piece of cake to set up. I would wholeheartedly recommend this printer to anyone who wants to have high quality prints at home. just make sure the store whaere you shop has one in stock. I waited almost two weeks for my printer.
