This is the best all in one printer I have seen or used. The ethernet connection easily allows the use of all 3 computers on the LAN and was a snap to setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this printer. It just sits there and does what is supposed to do - print, scan, fax, copy. Flawless performance. It ran out of black ink during a big print job. I was dreading having washed out pages in the middle of what had already printed - NOPE - all pages were good. I was dreading having to figure out what pages I needed to restart the print job with - NOPE - the printer just prompted me through changing the ink and even offered me a website to purchase ink from. Then, when I put the new ink in - easy peasey - the print job just continued! AWESOME.
The network functions are flawless, the scans are gorgeous, the prints are perfect. I love the tilt screen since the printer is on the bottom tray of a credenza. The only drawback is that the inbound auto answer for faxes requires a phone and I don't have one plugged in. My old HP would auto-answer just fine but this one requires that the phone with answering machine be plugged into the unit. That is unrealistic.

Easy to setup and Easy to use

The 810 is an amazing all-in-one unit. Setting up the Wi-Fi only took about 3 minutes. Overall, the unit is easy to use, the instructions are well written. They are understandable. If you want an affordable all-in-one unit with Wi-Fi, the 810 is the unit for you.

A Great Printer

I purchased this unit because I needed a printer that could print my DVD's. I found out this was much more than a disc printer. Everything is so fast! This is the all-in-all solution for home or office. If you're in the market for a printer, this one is for you. It's also very good on ink.

Paper keeps jamming, 2 sided printing can't figure it out yet after following detailed instructions. Difficult to figure the printer out Seems like to many steps to do anything

I truly like this product for the ease of being able to print from anywhere with my laptop. I do however find the wireless setting to be rather slow to pick up at times. I have found a lot of errors in printing due to the wireless setting or it can take at times 10-15 minutes to print once I send it to print. I love the CD option for printing. Overall the quality is good.
