Epson is Awesome!

Epson is a match made in heaven with Apple products. This all in one unit is simplistic in the effort one has to exhibit in performing any of the functions, of the copier, printer, scanner, fax or printing photos; yet there are abilities built into the software which allow one to enhance photos. I am in the process of scanning all my old photos for archival purposes. In this process I am able to enhance the photos as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The photo print quality is good but the product is made of lightweight plastic and the papertrays and support trays are poor quality. I don't find it as straightforward and user friendly as the last printer I had (which was another brand). I couldn't recommend this.

How I love my Epson Artisan 810

I feel that the Epson 810 fax/copy/printer/scanner is noteworthy as an all in one unit. The color reproduction of photos is very lifelike, warm, accurate, and very detailed. The colors were never washed out and if the colors needed to be intense they were. When it comes to copying a document the Artisan 810 is fast and accurate. Copies are very readable, consistent in tone, in color or b/w. Faxing was easy after original set up. It has a wonderful display that guides you through everything from pictures, printing, copying and faxing. WiFi worked great from the start. Overall extremely good machine.

Very nice printer

So far, this is an excellent printer. It is easy to use, in ALL the features. Scanning to printer is amazingly fast and easy.
I was able to scan in a 50 page report to pdf lightning fast. Copying only slightly slower.

I am a home schooling mom, and this meets my needs for both speed and color printing without going overboard on the color. I often need just a bit of color, and this does the job while saving ink.
The only down side is the location of the finished papers, and even that is mostly just my own preferences.

Love Epsons!

Whenever I need a new printer, I always look to Epson because of the separate ink cartridges. I had an Epson RX500 which died & loved it so wanted something similar. Still trying to get used to loading paper in a drawer, altho I think I like the way the RX500 loaded better. Like the wireless. Did have problems getting the scanner to work as directions for hooking up to a Mac with Snow Leopard not really detailed but eventually figured out.

I purchased the Artisan 810 primarily to get improved scanning (speed and multi sheet feeding) of my personal papers over the CX9400 that I was using. The Artisan 810 has more than met my expectations in not only scanning, but also printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great color printer. Like the individual color cartages. Made multiple photos from slides for comparision to same pictures made with another brand & the quality was 100% better. Excellent printer.
