Excellent Photo Quality

Bought this printer on a friend's recommendation and am very glad I did. The photo quality is excellent. I would recommend this printer to anyone wanting quality prints without using a professional grade printer.

High quality & quick speed on pictures

Overall I would rate this an excellent printer for the home user for pictures, print, copying & scanning. The printer is very quick (with the 2.0 cable) printing both pictures and text. I like the front SD etc. card use also.
It is a great machine for the home user that likes to do pictures with great quality but just like ANY other printer that gives you great quality your going to have higher ink usages but I do not feel it is excessive & remember it's not like just printing text.
I like the feature of having seperate tray's where I can put the 4x6 or 5x7 photopaper in the upper tray & putting my 8.5 x 11 regular paper in the lower tray.
It is easy to use and wasn't hard to install.
Some of the things I would prefer to be added would being able to just stick in an envelope without having to take out the paper and putting in the envelope and then putting the paper back in.

This is my 3rd printer from Epson, and it is the best by far. I love the wireless capability. Printer was easy to set up and everything works well. I am especially happy with the photo capabilities.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great versatile tool

After years of many printers (same manufacturer) I moved to Epson R1800 and now Artisan 810, and considering the printing experience and scanning paper and negatives, I consider Epson line of printers as my permanent choice.
Easy to install, conect to wireless and use with four PC in a home network.
Photo quality excelent and rendition from digital is excellent

Had some problemes with the tray from the initial setting and continue to from time to time. However I did not have the time to study in detail the manual or to connect thechnical help from Epson
Changing from film printing to digital became an art only after I discovered the Epson printing process.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replacement for Epson Artisan 800 All-in-One Print

I initially purchased an Epson 800 and although I loved the feature set and usability the ink usage was outrageous. after going through 2 sets of ink in less than a month of below average use I called Epson and voiced my concern. Amazingly within less than 1 minute I was offered a replacement 810 printer, shipped directly to my home at no cost to me. Within a week I had my replacement printer set up and operational. What ever the issue was with ink usage on the 800 has been solved with the 810. I am thrilled with this all in one printer, the photos print out wonderfully, the Faxing is effortless, and setting it up on my wireless network was a breeze. Epson stepped up and honored their issue with the 800 and I recommend 810 without reserve

This printer is top of the line. All features work prefect and the print detail is good as it gets. The DVD print feature is an extra bonus and the software is great. I would highly recommend this all in one printer.

God printing I like the quality. You can load 4x6, 5x7, and letter at the same time. I love double sided printing. You can even print graph paper and lined paper. I use this for the kids' schoolwork all the time. You can replace a single color cartridge seperately which does same money in the long run. The scanning dialog box is very easy to use. You can copy from the computer or directly from a dialog box on the printer. There is remote access so you don't have to plug your computer directly into the printer itself. LOVE IT!IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Clarity

I compared pictures printed on my new Epson Artisan 810 to an older model Epson which was still a great printer. The new Artisan 810 was beyond comparison. The pictures are very clear and crisp.
