I just received this printer from Epson. It installed very easy, but it takes a while to install all the software, but well worth it. I set it up on my network so I can print from any computer in my houes. It prints great - very fast and makes great photos! I am replacing my photo printer and fax printer with this one. The duplexer also works great. I am very happy so far! I ordered external ink tanks, hopefully they will work well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer is great. The Quick Guide is poor.

The Quick Guide needs: 1)directions and pictures for showing how to set up and use the CD/DVD function and 2) directions clearly for using the FAX capability.

Great printer!!!
Th colors are precise and do not bleed. However, as the cartridge belt motor of the first Epson Artisan 800 got so slow it would not print, I was given the 810 as my replacement because I had a replacement plan. Not sure how long the 810 belt motor will last.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the finest photo printer I have owned and I have had plenty of them. I run MS64 and cannot use this as a network printer. If anyone knows how to solve this problem let me know.

I just love this printer. The color on the pictures are awesome. I also like the fact that you can put two sizes of paper in the paper drawer.

I was excited about the features of this printer and was not disappointed, initially. Now I have an automatic feeder that does not function without jamming - will have to call to get it fixed and issues with scanning to my PC (the printer keeps losing the wireless connection password). The printing is good and it will copy without the auto feeder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far this printer has been the best one I've owned from Epson. It's my third printer I've bought on line from Epson and also the most expensive! Their refurbished printers are great as long as you understand you can't return them unless there's a problem with the unit upon arrival. I had problems with this unit but promptly returned it and was sent another one right away. No problems with the second one.
The paper feed is even and runs smoothly. I like that it has an internal paper tray. The unit is wireless and has a great touch screen for programming. The printer is beautifully designed and the most important part is the actual print quality itself which is excellent.
My last printer was an Epson CX9400 Fax. The paper never fed in evenly from the back of the printer or printed evenly. The unit itself was far noisier. The whole thing shook when it printed!
So far I really love the Artisan 810 for personal use and would highly recommend it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
