Really happy with this new all-in-one. It does so much more than my old one. The price was one thing that helped sell me.

Think the Artisan 810 is a wonderful machine, except the instructional manual is not very good & neither was support when went on line. Your instructions appear to be aimed at very knowledgeable computer users & not for those of us who are not. Thank you

Purchased printer Jan.30th. 2010. So far every application has worked great. Love the cd/dvd printing. Does great printing envelopes. Like the two-sided printing. Prints fast. Good quality printing pictures and scanning. Would highly recommend. Don't know how long the ink will last. Had a bad experience with Epson printers 7 years ago and swore I'd never buy another one, but I think I've changed my mind. Also costumer service has been very helpful and courteous.

we purchased before christmas and have used it extensively the picture prints are supurb regular print material is the best we have had i scan material for quilts and the saved scan is exactly like the material i can see the fabric weave and the colors are exact we have not hooked up the the fax and probably will not, but i am sure it would work just as well as the rest of the functions great machine i would recommend it to any one who wants to purchase an all in one

To me, as a small business owner, the Epson Artisan 810 All-in-One Printer was more than I expected. It has been trouble free from the start and was a snap to setup. I would recommend it to anyone needing a printer. The only complaint is not being able to send a fax from a Macintosh computer.

All in One turns out to perform better than expected. Basic print, copy, fax, and scan operate flawlessly.
Proofs are printed on this printer for review and updates before finals are printed on 3880.
Recommend the Artisan 810 to all buyers.
One cautious note: Keep front of printer out of reach of small children and from being accidentally hit due to the design of the control panel.

I brought the Epson Artisan 810 All-in-One Printer two months ago. This printer exceed my expectation by far. I usually buy a printer every year. But I think these days are over. I will buy the inks for my Artizan 810 and hold on to it for a while. I love everything about this printer. Excellent picture quality.
