What a work of perfection- whenever you call for

This printer just won't or hasn't let me down. If you have a paper out or ink out during a long doublesided print job it picks right up where it stoped, I can not think of a better all in one printer I have ever had, esspecially with the scan res.,
I love it

I just got may Epson Artison 810 and it is a fantastic machine, it DOES do it all and was very easy to set-up. Nice to have a all-in-one and get rid of 3 other machines. Highly recommend this Epson!

Noisy & Quick To Have A Problem
on February 19, 2011

I can't say that I like this printer much, though it does print quickly. It is very noisy and sounds like plastic gears grinding when it starts up and as it starts to print. It also grabs more than one sheet of paper to frequently, and struggles with card stock.
The paper tray is flimsy and shallow, with a pinch-and-slide-unit that you must slide back and forth EACH time you add paper - and it looks and feels like it will break easily.
The printed-sheet tray is poorly designed if you are making a large number of copies or printing a Workbook, as we are. The paper shoots right over the little fold-out ramp at the end of the holding platform, or splays pages to the sides.
I also don't like the computer system in it that forces you to go through it's paces or steps for simple things (like just just pushing a button to turn it on for example). It has to ask a question and you have to touch the screen and select options.
If the printer develops an error or problem, like needing color correction or trouble shooting and then locking up, you can forget just restarting it. You have to come here or revert to the manual and search out the steps needed to fix the issue.
It prints nice and fast, but I sure wouldn't buy it again.

Epson 810 Printer
on February 19, 2011

I purchased an Epson 800 printer three years ago. I was amazed by the quality of the text and photo printing of this printer. The scanner stopped working. I called Epson support. Their concern was to take care of me and they did. I received an Artisan 810 all in one printer in two days. The 810 exceeds my expectations for quality. I am a Epson buyer because they not only have the best quality printers but they also have the best courtesy and service I have experienced. Epson, thank you for the perfection you give in your products and services.

My Epson was doing great- everything I
want...all of a sudden a few days ago, it
keeps telling me I've put the tray in wrong
or something is blocking the tray, etc.
I'm doing what I always did. After 3 or
4 times of clicking Start, it will - usually -
finally print my picture. PLEASE ADVISE!!!

Loading drivers, etc

I have now installed and uninstalled the Epson 310 Artisan disc FOUR times.
After each, I try to print a page.
It WILL NOT print the page.
Because the printer AS A PRINTER is not in the list of PRINTER OPTIONS. It only allows the FAX operation. I can send a fax to anybody in the world! But the PRINTER OPTIONS don't include an option that allows me to PRINT!

Really great photos! Love the fact that I can load both 4x6 photos and letter size paper at the same time. Also nice styling. Touch screen is awesome. Price was low too. Did I mention wifi connection to my IPhone?! Great product.

AWESOME family printer!

Easy to use and great picture printing quality! I couldn't be happier with this printer! We use this machine for printing worksheets for the kids, making our own birthday (or any party) invitations and printing out quick updated photos of the kids to give to family and friends (and also for our own display around our home!) Printer is also very nice looking...ours is docked in our family room and its sleek black design doesn't mess with my decor so that makes me one happy housewife mama! Would definitely buy again (and recommend to others...actually I already have!!!)
