I researched the WorkForce 610 online and was concerened about the installation process, but I had no problems at all. I would recommend this product to my family.

This product/printer has given me many quality pictures, documents, and all registration uses! Easy to figure out how to get to perform for yourself. Thankful I purchased this all-in-one printer! Worth every penny spent on this product.

I like it right now. My son came over and helped me get it on line I did not know how to do it, but it seemsto be working nw. Had hard time getting it registered.

Printer was easy to setup and has been a tour de force. Fast, quality prints are outstanding. I am very impressed with this dynamo package for the price.

I like it. Lot of printer for the Price. Set up is real easy. easy to use . I set it up on USB, then change to wired network the only thing is I had to delete the USB setup before I could get it to setup on the wired Network. have it on two computers and works fine. Have not tried the wireless setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought 12/31/10 - was a display model, so I assume it was soon to be replace with a newer model. The one I got does eveything it says. It was easy to set up and test and use. The only negative was the INK was low on all 4 cartriages. All features work and are easy to use.

I reluctantly, and finally, decided to open the box and face the music..."this was going to be hard", I thought. I had my cell phone close at hand to call my IT daughter when I ran into trouble. She always says, "just read the directions and go step by step". Well I did and lo and behold, following the clear, easy to understand directions, the All in One was up and connected- the test page printed and it was so professional, and perfect! Encouraged, I moved right along into exploring all the other features. Outstanding! I think even my spouse will be able to use this without help. Thanks to the salesman to pointed me towards this. A great Buy!

Bought the 610 in Nov 2010, and am very pleased with performance;the best printer I've ever had, using them 4 + years and tried many other printers.
Trying though, to set it up wireless, which is a challege.
