BEWARE !!

This printer will not work if any of the ink cartridge is out of ink. So if you use the printer mainly for B&W printing, you still need to change the color catridge (3 of them) else the printer won't work even if the blank ink is full. I found it really frustrating, as I use it mainly for b&W printing and the catridge is expensive..

I have replaced the cyan and yellow ink but nothing will print - when I print a test page only the magenta and blue lines will appear. I have cleaned the nozzles 3 times and still no improvement.

The absolute worst

Won't print B&W with a full b&w cartridge if any of the color cartridges are out. What? And now, to top it off, it won't print black at all, even with all cartridges full. Will print variants of gray, which is obviously using black ink...but won't print black. Hours of wasted time, hundreds of bucks on ink and paper trying to troubleshoot a printer that just doesn't work, period. I will never touch another epson printer. I'm done.

The Worst Printer Ever!

I need to print a couple of pages 1-3 times a month and EVERY time I have had issues! Ink cartridge replacement, unrecognizable ink cartridge, smeared or lines through paper, and so on! You name it, it will have a problem. Printing at home has cost me more money than it's worth. This is a horribly made printer and NOT worth the money at all! I'm done with the EPSON brand!

Workforce 610 Print Problems

I have had this printer for a couple of years. At first it printed fine but now... the print quality is awful. I have replaced the ink cartridges and that did not resolve the issue. I have ran it through every cleaning option available in the printer software. This includes the print nozzles and cleaning the printer head. All of this did not resolve a thing. The black, cyan, and yellow seem to print fine. The magenta does not print at all. This is the second Epson printer I've had printing problems with. I will not buy another Epson.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on cartridges for my Epson Workforce 615. Unfortunately, none of the ink from those cartridges ever ended up on a sheet of paper. It was all used to clean uncleanable heads. This is a megafail product.

Terrible. Cartridges ran out in no time at all, then the thing stopped working all together. Wont print or scan. Big piece of junk. DO NOT buy this product. Spend the extra $$ and get a real laser printer that will actually work for more than 500 print pages. Really. Cant stress how terrible this product is..

okay for faxing and scanning but not printing

As previously noted, the ink seems to disappear even when I do VERY LITTLE color printing, or even black/grey scale. Very unhappy with the overall performance. Works well as a fax machine, but scanning to the computer was unbearably slow, so I always plugged in a USB storage device and used that to get it on my computer. I will never buy another Epson after this experience. The ink is very expensive, especially considering how few pages I print. constantly misfeeding as well.
