I have been buying Epson printers and scanners for many, many years and I have always been completely
satisfied. I enjoy doing business with your company. I have purchased printers for some of my children and grandchildren thru the years. You have good products as far as I am concerned. We use to own a business I had use for more of your products. With 7 grandchildren and 9 greatgrandchildren I take lots of pictures and videos so I still use some. I like to print my own pictures
and process my own videos. Many thanks for your fine assistance thru the years.

WHAT I EXPECT FROM EPSON

THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WERE GOOD FOR SETTING THE WORKFORCE 610 UP FOR WIRELESS. IT WORKS AS EXPECTED AND THE PRINT LOOKS GOOD. BEING WIRELESS RESULTS IN A LITTLE DELAY IN PRINTING BUT THATS NOT A BIG DEAL FOR ME. I HAVE NOT TRIED THE FAXING (MAYBE NEVER WILL). COPYING WORKED WELL, BUT YOU NEED TO PRESS 2 BUTTONS TO MAKE A COPY (I'M USED TO 1).

Printer has a host of terrific features making it a great value for the money. Easy and quick set up. As a wireless printer it operates quite quickly and produces great quality documents.

Can't get one that works

My first printer had to be returned because the scanner only created very blurry images. Now the second one is here and the black nozzle isn't working, so I can't print anything. It's being replaced today. I've been on the phone with technical support for hours trying everything to get the units to function properly. I'm hoping 3rd time's a charm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Recently purchased the WorkForce 610 and found installation to be quite simple. With four computers at home ranging from Windows XP to Windows 7 my concerns with setup proved to be a non-issue. The product has worked to date without a hitch and I would recommend this product without hesitation.

I am amazed at how easy this printer was to set up and start using. It took me less than 30 minutes to set up the wireless printing from my laptop and I printed and scanned to check for accuracy and it was perfect. I am so glad I bought this printer.

I have been a one brand owner of printers for the last 18 years, it wasn't Epson...
I am very picky with my photos and was unhappy with the last one...
So I bought a Epson 610...
Of all the printers I have owned, I recomend the Epson 610 over all of them....
I am defenitly a convert...
