Epson Workforce 610 All-in-One Printer

I have had this all-in-one for about a month now. I have done some printing and have been happy with the quality. I bought it for the wireless and fax features. They both work great. I haven't had any problems with either. I have been faxing documents from my computer and they have all gone through flawlessly. I don't keep it hooked up to my phone line as I have one line in my home. I don't have any problems with it trying to connect when the phone rings as one customer talked about. I haven't use the scanner yet. Will update in a few more months.

Printing wireless is great

It took me 2 weeks of asking advise from the people/store that sold me my Epson. I always knew Epson was a good brand, I am still using my Epson Stylus Color 880 and it still works fine after all these years. My problem was that NO WHERE did it tell me that I had to have a usb cable plugged into the printer while setting the printer up. If you would include that information on your website and in your book for setting up it would help a lot of people. I was fixing to take mine back till I ran into a great rep at the store that told me what to do. Now, I am printing without anything attached and I love it. It is a little bit noisy but it is working fine as I knew it would. I bought one for my daugher as a Christmas present and I hope she likes hers as well as I do mine.

What-a-Way to print!

The Epson Workforce 610 is by far, the most user friendly printer I have ever owned! I cannot speak to the workings of the fax feature (since I did not hook it up) but I can say that not only is the quality of the printed material excellent, the responsiveness of the machine itself is awesome. For the money, this is the best buy around.

Poor paper feeding

Very disappointing. The paper feeder is extremely sensitive and it is effectively impossible to be able to use this printer for something as simple as printing greeting cards on Avery matte paper.

Nice features, doesn't pick up paper

Very robust feature set. Installation with Windows 7 PC's was very easy. WLAN configuration also very easy, including WPA2 setup. Separate ink cart per color is nice.
Unfortunately, since I've bought this printer every time I've tried to use it I've had to fiddle with the paper try to try to get it to pick up paper. Sometimes as much as an HOUR trying to get it to print just a single page! Probably half the times I've tried to print, I just gave up completely because the printer flat would not pick up paper out of the paper tray.
Rated 1 star because it doesn't pick up paper. What good is a printer that won't print?

Many Features

So far I have found the printer to work very well and I love the wireless features. Printing is fast and crisp, the automatic feeder for scanning is a wonderful option. Nice design and not bad to set up. On the other hand, when trying to print business cards using Avery card stock or even a greeting card using a heavy weight paper, the feeding is honorable and I end up baby sitting it. I finally gave up as it simply doesn't work. Not sure if its the printer or not, but I can't replace my Pixma right now because of this limitation.
