Workforce 610 All-in-One

This is my second Workforce 610 printer since March 2010. I continue having WiFi connectivity problems with one of my laptops (MacBook and MacBook Pro using Snow Leopard OS 10.6.5) The MacBook has no problem with connectivity and functions normally in print mode. The Macbook Pro refuses to connect with the printer. Whenever I hit the Print button I receive messages such as "printer is busy" or "printer offline". I have reviewed all of my settings, which appear to be correct. I would appreciate any suggestions regarding this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The installation went exactly as the instructions stated - no guess work. The first test print looked extremely good. It actually looked like a laser printed page

Decent printer for the money

I've only had this printer a short time and overall it performs well. Likes: I always know ink levels, printing is fast and quiet, printing preferences are easy to set-up. Dislikes: It sucks paper in more aggressively than any other printer I've had and is pretty noisy in the process. When printing 4X6 photo's, you really need to work to retrieve the finished product.

With no problems I was able to setup my printer to work with an XP and Win 7 system (note- you must get the drivers for Win 7 from Epson's site- don't use the included CD in your Win 7 machines).
Print quality is outstanding- another standout Epson product (my 3rd). My two previous purchases still work flawlessly yet I needed the ability to print from my laptop via wireless- so I welcome the 610 as another happy member of my Epson printing collection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far my experience using this printer has been an easy and great one. I print out astrology charts and classroom materials particularly on this printer and have been very pleased with its performance. I have the same printer at home, initally purchased for the water resistant ink feature since I've had materials damaged in transport in the rain with my former printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent printer...network installation easy....good ink yield so far in comparison to prior inkjets. Bought a second one for my son in college....ony wish it has double sided printing capability but can't complaint for the heavily discounted price I got it...that capabilty is now availble in the 635, I think....

Great value for the price

Bought this 610 printer in January 2010. It has performed great and we enjoy the flexibility of the remote access capability from the family's collection of laptops since many of the kids are still in college. However, you may find that you have to turn the printer off and then on again to get it to print from a wireless computer . Somehow, it goes to "sleep" and won't react without a reboot. So now I've installed it with my desktop computer using a UBS cable. This works more reliably.
