Excellent printer to work with. The wi-fi feature is absolutely wonderful, especially when more than one laptop can use it. Changing printer cartridges is very easy. I have to figure out how to use the fax capabilities in a wi-fi configuration. Keep pushing technology.

Just got this unit Have purchased other Epson Products as refurbished. This is one fast machine. Quick setup for wireless communications worked quickly no problems. Epson does it again. A+++++++++

The 610 works great with Windows XP, but since I upgraded to Window 7. The printing function no longer work as a wireless set up. Once this programing issue is patched, I would gladly recommend this multi-function printer to anyone. Thanks.

This is the BEST printer I have ever owned!!! I have not used the Fax yet. It was easy to set up and very easy to operate. PRINTS from the computer VERY FAST!!! I can also copy a document by laying it flat on the top and make a copy. I never had heard of Epson before but am so glad I bought it when I found it on sale. Love it!!!

this printer is really bad. i tried replacing the ink cartidge with one i KNOW is compatible and the same one that worked from before. It wouldnt work! It says that I put it in incorrectly, but i didnt! I put it the exact way i put the first one i got, which worked fine. dont buy this product. you have to have the minimum levels for ALL colors even if ur printing in only B and W. I wanted to print in B&W ONLY but i couldnt because it says i need to replace magenta, which wont work! awful!

I bought this printer 3 years ago. Every time I try to print I have to do a nozzle clean to get ink out. Sometimes more than once. I only print once a month or so. This waste so much ink. So I get maybe 3to4 print sessions then have to change cartridges.

I hardly ever use this printer (it is my secondary printer mostly for wireless printing), but it still runs through ink at an unreal rate. High capacity cartridges? Hardly.
And it is definitely not the most user-friendly printer.
I would not recommend this to anyone.
