i love this product it was very easy to set up and hook straght up to windows 7

the part you can raise to punch in the # is fragile. easy to use if are computer savy. I was able to set up everyting with out a manual exept for network where i just didnt want to risk it. overal easy to use. but i have 4 outher users not so savy who claim its broke every 3 mi, most of the time its paper jam or somethings smaller. aparently not so easy to use to them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

price is right. Set up was a breeze and worked wonderfully from the get go... you can stop looking

worse printer I have ever had - very noisey - would not install wireless - store refused to take this printer back ( I can see why - they did not want it either)

Printer was about the easiest printer I ever set up. Everything was outlined in the instructions and was very easy to follow. Would reccomend this printer to everyone.
