Wireless is weak

I couldn't connect this product via wi-fi. I eventually had to plug it into the router. Other than that, it's a great unit for the price.

easy to use with fantastic printing and copies. Only complaint is how noisey the machine when it starts a process. Really, really loud.

MAJOR DESIGN FLAW

DON'T BUY IF YOU PLAN TO PRINT MORE THAN 10 SHEETS A WEEK. PAD BELOW PRINT HEAD DOES NOT STAY DOWN BELOW THE PATH OF THE PAPER AND CAUSES THE PRINT CARIAGE TO CRASH INTO THE PAPER.

I've had this printer about one month and have only printed about 25 black pages (using up ink in old printer first). It came with an extra-high capacity black cartridge good for 900 pages and high-capacity color cartridges good for 525 pages each. The ink status monitor now shows black less than 1/2 full, and all color cartridges about 1/2 full. Haven't done any cleaning cycles. What gives? Does the charging cycle really use up that much ink? Or is Epson trying to deceive us into buying cartridges before they are empty?
Can't recommend due to excessive ink consumption.

Epson Work Force 610 all in one printer

I have 5 family laptops (highschool and colege students) connected via wifi and I am very pleased with the quaity of the documents that this printer produces. The set up instructions were very clear and Setup was easy. Overall I give this printer a four star rating since I have only had it for a few days. I would recommend this product for the average business or household. Oh, and the picture print quality is great as well.
