an excellent all-in-one! I was very happy to see how easy this printer was to configure to my network. also happy with wireless scanning and the stand alone copying. A great printer for the money

I have found the printer - after a week of hard use - to have good speed for home/office use. However, I do have to take issue with the placement of the paperfeed for the unit. It is not very amenable to placement on office shelving without a large distance between shelves. The print quality could also be a little bolder. Even with Bold print designated from the computer it just doesn't come out as bold as would be preferred.

Easy hook up to Windows-7, super all-in-one printer, nice looking with all the main features up front in a display panel that is easy to read and east to setup. A bit noisy durring printing.

It is a lot noisier than my Epson Stylus C84. So far the quality is superb, but I can't get it to collate. I've only run three sets of documents through it so far - I just got it.

Today I purchased an Epson WorkForce 610 series for home use. I don't claim to be an expert on these type of purchases but I knew what I wanted in an All In One printer. The set up on this machine was so easy anyone could do it. I did it! The instructions were easy to follow and easy to install. I love the WiFi option very much! (that too was a cinch!) Thank you for producing such an easy piece of equipment for us moms out here who want to use it for work at home use! The funny thing is I haven't even used it yet, just installed it. I feel like an expert, lol. I can't wait to see what it can do! Gotta go use my Epson now, see ya and thanks again!!

We have had every manufacturer of printer made since 1979 in our Insurance Business. Among the list has always been Epson. Various Laser Printers have been in the mix for the last 12 years. However, with the recent advances in technology, our commitment is now to Epson. It is not only the great product Epson manufactures that has convinced us of this commitment, but also their second-to- none Customer Service. Service after the sale is paramount and unlike other manufactures, Epson has never let us down.
