Installation and guidance were very simple and to the point. Very easy to follow for this 70 year old non-computer person. Nice job. P.S. My career was spent in communications, so I'm qualified to congratulate you on a job well done.

nice and compact. quick printing. the only thing i did not like was the scanning. your pics go to my pics (couldn't find at first) and you don't get the chance to name the pic. you have to go back in your files and change it. also, format is not compatible with my programs

Love my Workforce 610

Have been using it almost a month in the office and stll LOVE it. Operation has been flawless. The only suggestion is to have a separate input for envelopes so that the paper doesn't have to be removed to insert envelopes, especially when wanting to print only 1 or 2 to go with letters. Borderless pics works great. Scanning & fixing old prints is great. Copier is working perfectly.
