I am NOT a techie. Can barely make my TV and DVD player work. This printer is soooo easy to set up! I just put the disc in, answered a couple of questions (that even I could answer) and the test page shot right out of the printer! I set it up to work wirelessly. It couldn't have been easier. All functions are easy to figure out. I hate reading manuals. So far I haven't had the need to open one or read directions. That's my kind of machine!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought this on a recommendation, and it is very nice! Does everything I need it to and it is wireless which is awesome! So convenient when I am in the living room with my laptop and want to print something! Nice looking machine too. Easy set up for wireless connection or you can connect it directly to your computer. Another great feature is that this printer comes with full size ink cartridges where others only give you starters...this ink will last for quite a while. Also came with a small package of sample paper to try out. All in all I would highly recommend this printer if you are looking to upgrade, it has highly exceeded my expectations! Happy printing!

in this printer. The most annoying thing is the constant paper jams. If you don't load the paper PERFECTLY it will jam and the load area is very flimsy. I use a variety of papers, so I'm loading/unloading several times a day and most every time I have to deal with a jam. The entire printer is pretty flimsy. It's recommended for use in small offices, but I can't imagine it would hold up in any office I've ever worked in. I also have problems with the Auto Doc Feeder in that even minimal pressure on the top third of the cover cause the doc feeder to open. I've had other Epsons and I've been happy with them, but this one causes me to rethink buying another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This my third Epson printer and my second Workforce. Great print quality and can handle large jobs without a hassle......You won't be disapointed!!!!

This printer is absolutely amazing I purchased this printer right before Christmas 2009 the 1st time I had to replace an ink cartridge was late August I do print a lot since I own my own business I would recommend this printer to anyone. The wireles feature is great my printer is across the room and I don't haave to worry about tripping over wires Great job Epson

I purchased a competitors printer because I have their pc and I have always used their products in the past.. After 8 hours of on line support, the printer would not work. I returned the printer and purchased the 610
I purchased the 610 because of the reviews that I read on my iphone while I was standing in the store. I required a wireless printer and fax. This printer installation was a breeze, took less than 15 minutes and even less on my lap top. I will not purchase any more products from the other company again. I also own a 410 for photo printing and it has given me great results.
