Smoothest Set-up in 30 years

Installation of the Epson Workforce 610 was the easiest & smootest I have ever encountered. The instructions were extremely clear and I was ready to go in minutes.

Feel Like I Hit the Motherload!!!

I depend upon my laptop AND the abilities to print, copy, scan, & send/receive data via fax in order to keep our small business IN business.
Prior to purchasing the EPSON Workforce 610, I relied upon a PSC and a (separate) Fax Machine for these purposes. Neither piece of equipment was dependable or efficient; neither was wireless; AND I had to maintain supplies ($'s) & the patience to deal with both. I finally got tired of it all, did a lot of research & landed on the EPSON WORKFORCE 610 hoping that it might be the answer to my problems.
I don't have a lot of performance history to report on yet but, thusfar, am impressed with:
- Ease of SETUP (I'm extremely challenged in this area);
- Quality & Speed of document copies;
- *Fax send/receive Speed & Quality
- Ease of Operation
- Not interested in printing photos so no input here

*A little tricky on setup of FAX to operate w/Digital Voice+Answering Machine instead of traditional or DSL methods but was able to muddle my way through -(Internet Modem to Epson "LINE"; Answering Machine to Epson "EXT").
All-in-all, I'm VERY happy with my purchase & would Highly recommend to others. It appears that EPSON did a lot of homework on this product's design AND its end-users' needs & levels of expertise. I FEEL LIKE I GOT LUCKY & HIT THE MOTHERLOAD!!!

I had a Workforce 500 and loved it. This machine has been easy to use and has many options.

I was pleased at how easy the set up process went. Step-by-step, with no weird decision trees to stump you! I look forward to long, productive use from the printer.

Very good product

I have a Workforce 600 and love it and have had two previous Epson printers. (I still have the 600 in operation on another computer) I have only used the 610 a short time and I like it as much as the 600, don't find a lot of difference, but I understand it is more "green" using much less power to operate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't get it to work!!

I have followed all the instructions in the book and on the disk yet it won't work! I've tried the troubleshooting guide but no luck. The fax comes up under my list of printers, but no printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After listening to the sales pitch about Epson, I decided to take a chance as I have never owned an Epson. I was surprised at the ease of operation as well as the sharp printing. The sales pitch was every bit as good and then some!

I really like this printer. in looks great and prints fast. I cannot wait for a new printer Epson is going to make. i hope it has little more brighter colors. but overall it's great cannot wait to start working with it :)
