Great Printer

This Epson Multi-function Workforce 610 printer does exactly what it promised - very efficient, very good, crisp color reproduction, great scanning capability, fax function. All at a very reasonale price. Glad I bought this.

Good Hardware, Difficult Set-Up

I've had the printer for four days and I've got it to do what is advertised. Set-up of printer standalone functions was a snap. Printing from computer was very easy.Most scanning functions were only moderately painful to get to work. Manual and online documentation is poor.
The exception was scanning a text document in OCR mode and getting it into a Word doc. format. Documentation is worthless. On-line support was at best, confusing. Finally, I spent 6 hours "experimenting" and I've got it working fine.
Overall, I like the hardware very much. Software is good once you figure it out on your own. Documentation stinks.

Easy to Use

This is my second Epson printer and I like it even better than the previous one. The price was fantastic - sale!! Had a little difficulty setting up the printer with my wireless router. However, the Epson tech support was great. No long hold on the phone to speak to a person and it did not take long to complete the printer connection to the computer. The copies are clear and sharp. Scanner works well and the speed of printing is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Investment

After using an RX-500 for 7 years I knew I wanted an Epson. Wanted a wireless and an all-in-one printer, so I went with the Workforce 610. Easy set-up. I was printing in 20 minutes. Great quality and very fast ! I've been using it for a week now and have no regrets buying the Workforce 610.

I've only had this printer for a few weeks now and so far it exceeded my expectations. Prints come out in lightning soeed. Faxing is simple. I got rid of my fax machine which took up too much space in my small office. I like the ease of which you can see what your doing and can change between functions with ease. The real test will come when I run out of ink and need to replace Cartridges. What will my printing costs end up?

Great printer and way faster then my old Epson Stylus CTX7800. It was a little loud when it first starts printing but that not a problem except for my dog.
