The set up was easy. The second day I had a mechanical problem, called Customer Service and a replacement was sent to me. The Customer Service was so prompt without any hassels. The machine works like a charm. I use it in my home office and wish I had purchased it earlier. A great addition to my office, the money was well spent.

Wicked FAST printer

Great driver with many options. Spits out pages faster than any prior printer I have owned. It is a bit loud with paper handling, but maybe that comes with the fantastic speed. And all this with a "refurbished" printer; what a buy!

Just replaced my 800 with the 810. Better yet! It is fast, reliable, a real workhorse. It was so easy to set up. Practically did it by itself. Love the wireless! Would definitely buy it again.

An Exceptional Purchase

This is one fast printer. After using almost every other brand I think this is the best. My son put me on to this brand and I found a sale I couldn't resist. Forget about time it takes so little. I don't print many photos but this will kick one out in a minute, and has as good quality as commercial prints. I'm not degrading them, they do very well too and I will continue to use them, but sometimes I want a few prints quick and this does the job. Ink isn't inexpensive but I believe I get more prints for the money. Yesterday I had a problem with it, and was sure put off, but it turned out to be the home Net and not the printer, so I stand behind everything I have said! Lucky this review is today!

I have only had this printer 1 week but the wireless setup was a BREEEZZZE. No problems. So far its great printing from anywhere in the house from our two laptops. Wireless setup instructions in the manual were easy. If your undecided about his product. Just Get IT ! Reasonably priced for the quality you get.
