Affordable printing & still loaded with features

We needed an inexpensive all-in-one printer to be used at an individual work station for the occasional scanning and faxing of documents. Nowadays we are printing less and less and are choosing to save our documents into formats so that they can be electronically sent to their destinations, saving a lot of paper. However, when a document needs to be printed, the bonus here is that the ink is water resistant. With regular inkjet printers, that was never an option before. The only draw back is that this unit is quite a bit louder but in our case, that is really not an issue at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love Epson Printers!

The Epson WorkForce 610 All-in-One Printer, like all the Epsons I have had, prints beautiful pictures and legible census pages. It has one advantage my other Epson printers have not had - the black ink is available in different sizes - numbers 68, 69 and 97. 97 will print 3 times as many pages as 69 but does not cost three times as much. The colored inks are available in 68 and 69 with 68 holding more ink than 69. I am very pleased with this machine and have had no problems with it to date.

Nice printer with expensive ink

This is a great printer, except for its mediocre ink consumption. I burn through ink much faster than I'd like to, and the cartridge price is a bit steep. Also, the wifi features take a little setup, but are EXCELLENT once configured: scanning, printing, even file transfer works great. I use the auto document feeder constantly for scanning multiple docs to .pdf, and the manual duplex is easy to use. Print quality is great. Speed is excellent. Paper feeds well. All in all, a solid printer.

Best Ever All In One

I have been so impressed with my WorkForce 610. Set up was simple. I have two desktops XP and a laptop in my user network. The laptop has windows 7 so I went to the Epson web site to download the drivers for it. All three pc's connect well with the WorkForce 610.
It is a little noisy when printing but the performance out weights any noise occurred. I've scanned, faxed and copied with no problems what so ever. I even take my camera memorycard...load it into the 610 and bring my pics into the pc.

I've never enjoyed an all in one as much as I have with this one.

Terrific printing, fantastic color in pictures. This is the fastest printer I have owned. Also seems to be very economical on the ink usage.

great for copying pappers printing and faxing but very hard to simply print pictures and copy pictures have to know how to use machine better then average person like me wish it was simplier to use but once you learn how to do everything WOW great all in one printer for the value price
