As a new Wi-fi user I was very pleased with the ease of the installation. Everything thing worked on the first attempt. Now my family can print from anywhere in the house using their own Laptops/Mac's. The quality of the printing is also very sharp and precise. I luv it when things work as they advertise :)

This is my first Epson purchase but it won't be my last. I am totally satisfied with the printer. It took less than 30 minutes to set up completely including the wireless connection to my MiFi service. Outstanding value for the money and the reviews I had read prior to purchasing made my decision to buy Epson

This product has a very small foot print. It is very sleek & smart looking. It lets you use every bit of each color
with no waste. It is very easy to run and gives you great prints and copies. It has four functions where others have only three. It takes up less space than my old printer.It also has a USB slot & you can print from your
memory cards. It has a 2 year warranty. I have had my "All-In-One" for 4 months & can't be without it.

Great price for the features. Was easy enough to
install but did have to call the help line to actually
get it to print from the internet. that was solved
very quickly and now everything is working fine.
Also called the helpline back to get info and help
on how to add another unit to the printer.

Easy to use

The setup was fast and easy. The wireless feature is great! The ink cartridges that came with it have lasted so much longer than I expected. Heard lots of people complain about how much ink you go thru. I have been printing lots and lots of materials for work and doesn't use ink excessively. If I had to point out any negative, it would be that it is pretty noisy when printing but I can live with that. Otherwise, great product, easy to use, good price!

I've had my WorkForce 610 for almost 3 months. The only complaint I have is its a little loud. Setup is a snap. Wireless works great. My wife uses it from the back of the house.

Excelent Purchase

It is easy to learn how to operate. It is menu driven. The first time I tried to send a FAX it didn't work. I followed the information on the "display screen" and requested a printout of the problem I was having. It printed out what I needed to do. I followed the instructions and hooked up the phone line to the LINE port on the WorkForce 610 and also to the phone jack on the wireless DSL phone line. I didn't have to contact anyone to help me get the FAX setup and working. I did it all by myself. Yeah!!

The WorkForce 610 is the first Epsom product my household has had and so far it has worked great. The wireless capability of this printer is accessible from anywhere in my house. Very good coverage. So far so good with this product. Nice sharp print copies also.
