You will need tech support to set up the wireless. But, after that everything works great.

Didn't take long for WiFi feature to find At&t-uverse ethernet box,from there all five computors were up and sending test prints. Printer works great between XP and Vista systems,I have never been disapointed by owning Epson printers. I do agree with other owners on one thing,epson should find a way to get those ink prices down

EASY setup...2 MAC's and a PC in 30 minutes!!

I had the printer out of the box and up and running in 30 minutes on my Mac Book Pro, Mac Book and Sony Vaio PC. Simply follow the directions included on the disk and you can't go wrong.
The print quality is great! It is a little loud, but the print speed you get makes up for that.
I would recommend this printer to anyone!

From all the other reviews I do agree that this is a very loud unit but its a Workforce. The work place isn't always quite but anyway love Epson's always have will give more detail when I get to use all the features.

GREAT PRODUCT

After reading the reviews that this printer was loud I thought about purchasing earpugs as an addition. No need for that. This printer is no louder than any other Epson I have had (a lot). I did a couple of timed print jobs on my CX7000X before installing the Workforce 610. The Workforce 610 put the former one to shame. This is my first day experience and unless it turns out to be an ink hog I'd recommend this printer to anyone.

Great Printer

Had copier for 2 months. Works great. Clear pages and fast. Color is good for everyday printing. Cartridges seem to last a while. I would buy another one if I needed to.

easiest installation ever.

We turned off the three laptops, set up the printer on our main computer. Rebooted it, was it was up, then we turned on the laptops and all laptops found the printer, with no problem
