[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying HP ink for 20 or 30 years. Never had a problem. I am 90 years old. I don't have a smart phone so no photos.
It's getting hard to get the 920 cartridge for my old HP printer! It still works great. Good news is that HP has my back !! Got my replacement 920s in two days. Could of had it the next day but I didn't need them that quickly. Also had a special going!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have purchased this product many times and always very satisfied. However I recently installed a new 3pack package with warranty to Feb.2021 and it was bone dry. Did not even get 1 acceptable page printed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Heidi,
I'm sorry that you didn't have a very satisfying experience with cartridges you were sent. I can imagine how disappointing that must have been.
However, it is a distinct possibility that it is not the new cartridges that are the problem, particularly if the old cartridges were ran very low and then left for a time.
The printhead inside the printer could be clogged and not letting the ink through properly. A cleaning can help that. There is an option to clean the printhead in the printer's menu.
If that helps, the printer might have been turned off using a power strip or switch. The power button on the printer itself should always be used to turn it off. That will let the printer 'park' so that the printhead is protected from excess drying. The drying can cause clogs to form in the tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper.
If all three cartridges are defective or damaged, please return them. We try to make the return process as painless as possible. The process is covered, step-by-step, at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
