Quality over quantity.

One of the irritating things about printers is their eventual reluctance to communicate with your computer or device. Even the ones that do well ultimately suffer some kind of amnesia and need to be reintroduced to one or another of your platforms. If you use a smart phone, laptop or tablet with wi-fi or bluetooth capabilities you will love how seamlessly and rapidly this printer syncs and performs. If you take a picture with your camera, phone or webcam you can have a flawless hard copy in seconds. I know there must be something bad about this unit somewhere but I haven't found it ...yet.
Pros: reliable, Easy Setup, durable, Small Footprint, High Quality Output, fast print speed, easy to use, recognizes peripheral devices, lots of ports for different cards, separate lid covers controls.

Great Printer/Scanner

This printer/scanner has performed perfectly for several years we have owned it. It makes great copies as well as perfect prints from our photos. It is so convenient to use in our small home wireless network and has never given us any trouble. I highly recommend it. It was priced low and the ink is very reasonably priced also. It's been a great investment.

prints outstanding pictures

The quality of the pictures is remarkable. The only con I have is the construction is somewhat flimsy. I think this is the best printer I have ever owned.
Pros: reliable, High Quality Output, fast print speed, easy to use

Finest printer I have ever used. Have had it for several years and not one problem. For my needs it is the finest. I would buy one just like it, if ever needed...Easy set up and fast printing....

Keep up with today's technology!

This product needs to keep up with the times with technology. I have updated my Mac software, All the other printers I use at school and work do not have a problem being compatible. Looking forward an update from Canon, this is not a cheap throwaway printer.

The machine some times do NOT work as you set up and Scan only a Part of the page or a Photo and then the next time with the same set up is OK. Is that a good machine?
