Following more than a year of research on multi-function printers I purchased the Canon Pixma MP560 on Sept. 14, 2010. Set-up was easy, copies and photos are of good quality. The ink cartridges which came with the MP560 provided a surprising amount of printing volume and the price of replacement cartridges are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this unit.
Pros: reliable, Easy Setup, durable, Low Ink Consumption, Lightweight/Portable, Sharp Tones & Colors, fast print speed, easy to use

OMG It's great

This is my fifth printer,and it's the best one of all. Had it for
two months now, and have yet to discover all it's features. I love the auto two sided printing and can't imagine doing it manually.The ink tanks are great. Just change the empty tank, not the whole cartridge. Scrolling
around the LCD ,using the wheel is a snap.

Best Wi Fi Printer By Far

I love this printer! All of the functions are easy to use. Even when I had a problem using an older program, the support staff was right there to help me out! I print a wide variety of things such as Documents, Photos and greeting cards and the quality is great!
I have tried many printers at home and in the office and this one stands alone with the ease of use. I would recommend this printer for office or home use.

Nice App

It took days for some reason to detect my Pixma MP560, which is only reason I gave it a four and not a five. Once it detected my Canon printer, I am very happy with this App.

RUN! FAST!

I guess if you want to live in the 20th century and do everything with USB cables, this is a fine printer. If you want your items to run wirelessly, RUN FAST! This printer STINKS! Every. single. time. my macbook does an update, I have to reload the drivers. Add to that, sometimes, just for fun, it won't print. Now, I cannot, despite reading oceans of help, forum, manual materials and spending HOURS on this, I STILL cannot get the dang thing to print wirelessly. If you think you're safe with Windows, you're not. Take a cruise around any search engine, and you'll find people who need a job in IT just to make this useless cube print. Hunk of JUNK!
Cons: Difficult to use, Difficult Setup, unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smartest Purchase Ever

I've printed just about everything that requires a printed copy, such as bill payment confirmations to letters of resignation, as well as important documents that I needed a paper copy of. However the most enjoyable copies I've made were the ones that use the color ink cartridges. I enjoy driving so much that I'm always printing driving directions to just about everywhere I've needed to go, even though my vehicle has a GPS. I can tell you that the graphic details and colors, even on the map portions of the directions are the best I've ever seen. If you decide to purchase this product, I promise you will not regret it, its worth it.

Keeps dropping on network in most mac/router configurations. There are many many threads online showing problems. I'm dumping this and getting a canon MX882 which is working really well at a friends house with similar hardware to mine.
Pros: fast print speed
Cons: unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
