This is a great multi-function product. It prints nice and quiet, the scanner and copy feature work great. Would definitely recommend this product.
Pros: reliable, Easy Setup, Low Ink Consumption, fast print speed, easy to use
Cons: Large Footprint

The best bang for your buck

My wife's printer of a very long time went out three days ago. I surprised her with a new on on her birthday. VERY easy to set up and prints excellent. However, a bit bulky/heavy.. A minor issue compared to what it can do.
Pros: Easy Setup, Sharp Tones & Colors, easy to use
Cons: Heavy/Bulky

I bought this printer 2 days ago. I chose this one because of canon's great reputation. The wifi setup was sooooo easy. It was one of the easiest things that I have ever done. The pictures look incredible. I have not scanned anything yet, but I am sure that will go great. The only reason I did not give this printer 5 stars is because I have not had it long enough. I hope it continues to perform well.
Pros: easy wifi setup

I could not be happier with this printer, the print quality is clear and clean. I love that all the features work so well and are easy to use. I am also very pleased that it looks so nice as I am using it in my home. Love the wireless feature makes printing super easy from my laptop. Value is exceptional.

I purchased this printer by accident really. I thought I choose the one with the fax in it also. But upon using it, I found that printing out pictures was very easy and the quality was superior. Printing out regular items that are not photos is very quick although the color to me is below average. I love the wireless feature and it's easy to set up. Worth purchasing.
Pros: superior photos
Cons: below average printing

I bought this printer for my wife for Christmas 2009 and have to say it is probably the best printer I have ever bought. I used to think that printers were "disposable" due to the cost of ink, but to be able to just buy the one I need when I need it is fantastic.
Printing quality is fantastic and pictures come out vibrant and crystal clear.
The only downside I have found is it is a tad slow on startup. Could be the wireless, but other than that I can find no flaws.
Great price, great value. Out did yourselfs on this on Canon.

Best Printer Owned

This is the best overall printer I have ever owned. When I replaced my PC with a new Macbook Pro I also upgraded to this printer. It is easy to set up and easy to use. It makes clear copies of anything I have copied and the computer downloaded prints are of superb quality. I enjoy the quick response and easy to load features. It makes printing a reliable function instead of a hopeful one that I had grown accustomed to with my previous printers. Job well done Canon!
