Great product, Highly recommend, easy to use and set up.
Pros: reliable, Easy Setup, Low Ink Consumption, Sharp Tones & Colors, fast print speed, easy to use
Cons: Large Footprint, Heavy/Bulky

this printer will not save document as text to MS Word. extra software, OCR, needs to be purchased. it will save as PDF but you can't make changes to the doc.
Pros: reliable, Easy Setup, Low Ink Consumption, Sharp Tones & Colors, fast print speed, easy to use
Cons: Large Footprint, Heavy/Bulky, can't save documents as text

FRUSTRATED AND REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I quickly became disenchanted with this purchase. The scans are not crisp and the colors become distorted. After about 6 weeks of moderate use the printer would no longer print in black. I have spent hours researching solutions, and have tried them all more than once and nothing has helped!!!! I can only print in cartridge colors that are not black and it is very expensive to continually replace the small ink cartridges.I learned while researching solutions that the problem with the black ink suddenly not printing is widespread and a common complaint with this model. This printer was a giant waste of money !! Save your time and money and purchase something else!!

Cons: Slow Print Speed, Dull Tones & Colors, High Ink Consumption, unreliable, Flimsy Construction

Broke after 1year and 1 day

MP560 just died. It wont power on. I have a surge protector and a laptop on the same protector. No power outage or strong. It started a job and died on the first sheet. What an expensive piece of hardware to die 1 day after the warranty!
Sure I checked the cord the outlet nothing stuck or fried! It just died...I even drained the ESD.
Pros: fast print speed
Cons: unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered the MP560 from Canon on Wednesday, received it on Trursday, and was up and running within minutes of receipt. Excellent customer service, easy setup and exceptional performance at a bargin price. Not one expectation was disappointed from order placement through to wireless operation in only one day!
Pros: reliable, Compact Design, Easy Setup, Sharp Tones & Colors, easy to use
Cons: Slow Print Speed

Great Wireless Printer

I purchase this wireless printer after reading other's reviews. It was extremely easy to set up and the instructions provided were very easy to follow. Picture quality is awesome. I have owned several ink jet printers over the years and this one is by far the best in quality of hardware, quality of function and quality of printing. It also prints quicker than previous ink jet printers I have owned.

I would recommend this product. MP560 was very easy to set up. Instruction for set up is easy to follow, not hard to understand. I was up and running in just minutes. Quality of print is very good. The price is excellent for the features this machine offers. I would rate my satisfaction higher if the scan function would have worked the first time I tried to use it. The MP Navigator EX would not load. Brought this machine home at 6:00 PM and used every function [print, copy, scan] by 6:45 PM. Quality of all documents are very good. A quiet machine, thanks Canon.

Pixma MP560 only one problem

Excellent value. Needed support to get wireless working. Support was great. All setup was done correctly but the wireless router (only) had to be powered off then back on after all setup was performed to make printer available to computer. Cycling both the cable modem and router did not work.
Pros: Easy Setup, fast print speed, easy to use
