Initial toaster purchased toasted but toast didn’t “pop up” when toasting was finished. Contacted company and toaster was replaced without any hassle. Took approximately seven weekdays to replace where initial purchase made with prime arrived next day after order was placed. Replacement toaster works fine. Like the option of being able to raise the toast with the handle beyond the “pop up” level if needed for smaller items being toasted.

Bought as a replacement for a long lived Cuisinart toaster that had started to fail after 8 years. Unlike the original this toaster toasts unevenly and is a far cry from the one we grew to love.
