After a couple of attempts, I figured out the correct setting (for my liking) of perfectly toasted bread. This toaster is great. The extra wide openings and the booster lever make getting bread in and out very easy. I also like the easy to pull out and clean crumb tray. I would rebuy and recommend this product.
