I have bought a Cuisinart product for many years This is the first time I’ve bought a toaster. My problem is that it only lightly toasts one side while the other side toasts to dark.

This toaster toasts evenly, has a smooth working mechanism, and is very quiet. Some toasters have a loud mechanism especially when the toaster trays pop up. The additional settings buttons also work as described resulting in even toasting, warming, and overall doneness.
