I love the simplicity of the toaster settings and how my toast comes out perfect every single time. It is uniformly toasted on both sides unlike my previous toaster which would be a hit and a miss where one side would be un-toasted and the other side burnt.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He loves it. It seemed that every other toaster we had would be fine one morning but burn the toast the next. This one is the same every morning. The browning is true to the number dial.

All my life Ive just grabbed the cheapest toaster I could find when one was needed thinking they were all pretty much the same. I mean, its a toaster! At any rate, I was blown away about just how different a quality toaster actually is. This one toasted evenly and consistently, and it ably toasted frozen bread and bagels as well. It has wide and long toast slots to fit various sizes of bread, as well as multiple features that aren’t found on many other toasters. Highly recommend!

I bought this about a month ago and already it's working about as good as the one it replaced. Burns in spots, doesn't toast in others. The ends of the "rack" that closes on the bread, are sharp and sometimes catches on whatever you're toasting and it's hard to get it loose.
