We bought this about 1 month ago. This is the third one of the same model. We love it but it does toast a little bit uneven. The orther,s did too so that is why we bought a new one. It is much better, but not perfect.

great toaster the only complaint about it is the dial to select the level that you want the toast to come out as turns way to easy and is hard to keep at the same place so i found my level and then added 2 pieces of scotch tape to keep it there, considering the price level there shouldn't be this problem actually went back to the store and looked at about 2 of the same toaster and they all were that loose.
