I am disappointed as the toast is not toasting evenly. It seems that a heating element on one side of a one slot is not working. I feel it would be a nuisance to try and return it. I received it as a gift for Christmas and no longer have original packaging.

I bought this toaster back in July,2017. Appearance is great. I have toasted 2 pieces of white bread at 2 and no more than 3. The toast at 3 is almost black. I wanted to try it at 6 or 7 but would have to have my fire extinguisher ready. I also have toasted English muffins and bagels and they have come out perfect.

I never thought I would notice that much of a difference between toasters, but after replacing my old toaster oven with this slot toaster, I regret waiting so long to do so. Every function I have used works perfectly so far, but I am especially impressed by the ability to perfectly roast a frozen bagel in this machine. Highly recommend!
