I have a mother-in-law of 91 age living with us. She uses a toaster multiple times a day. I believe she broke the spring trying to get her bread not to burn. I bought a very cheap toaster to replace this one, It has lasted for nearly a year now. We'll see how long it lasts.

I bought this several months ago when my under counter mounted toaster oven died. It is a great little toaster, but hard to adjust to the brownness wanted. It took quite a few trial and errors to get it adjusted just right. Once adjusted it does just great. I highly recommend this toaster. It toasts bagels as well as hamburger buns. I used this every day.
