Bought this about a month ago and I am extremely happy with. This is the best toaster I have ever owned! Such great features and up to date. You figure there is not much to update a toaster but there is! The defrost mode has s@ved many a blackened piece of toast from happening. I love it.

Purchased the toaster to replce an older one. Love the 4 optional brown stting and dial toast color. Took a few tries to get thicker breads like bagkles or thinner breads to toast to our lioking but once we had it figured, it is consistent in its toasting.
