I purchased this toaster after reading Wirecutter reviews. It’s not fancy. No extra gizmos. But buttons are clear and do what they say they do. Toast comes out as chosen on a spin dial. Easy to clean. Especially like the CANCEL button to get the toast to pop up. Smooth as silk.

This unit browns the bread on one side and barely toasts it on the other side. We purposely purchased other Cuisinart products and are very happy with them. This toaster is the worst Cuisinart product that we've ever had.
