It's ok but when it comes to toasting bagels, it doesn't do it evenly all the way around. And no sign of which way to put the bagels in the slots.

The toaster works a bit differently from my last Cuisinart toaster and is built with lighter weight plastic. The controls are fine but the crumb drawer is in the back of the unit instead of the front as in my last toaster. Now I have to turn the toaster around whenever I want to empty it.
