From day one, this toaster was inconsistent. By the second week, the lever wasn’t working properly. I picked this toaster because of the wire cutter review. I have never been so wronged by a wire cutter review. The toaster is being returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The right color, size, the dial moves easy and your toast turns out correctly it’s very accurate, and of course accepts bagels and has pull out crumb tray.

I never purchased anything more then really cheap toasters so this was a splurge for me. But it was well worth it. It feels strong and durable. The settings are easy to use and the crumb tray couldn't be simpler to clean.

I needed a new toaster and since I have a Cuisinarcoffee maker that is 7 years old I decided to try the same brand of toaster. It works well and I hope it will last as long as the coffee maker .
