Quite happy so far though a niece had the same toaster and said it didn’t last long with elements burning out. I especially like the extra “rise” feature to allow smaller that usual toasted items to rise to where they can be handled…and also the extra wide slots for bagels. The “max” setting, too, gives me the very dark toasting that I like. And a minimum of effort is required to lever down the items.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice toaster that gets the job done- especially on bread and bagels. The temp dial and push down levef feel flimsy, and the toaster is not sturdy being so light, but when on sale it is a good buy!

Just remember the size of the bread you normally eat before buying. It won’t fit any slices larger than your standard loaf. Think wonderbread.

I am now returning my second one and now asking for a refund rather than another replacement. It continually burned our toast no matter how low the setting. The last one toasted one side of the bread perfectly and burned the other side. Very disappointing as we have been using this brand for years.
