This is a nice toaster and does a good job with all the types of bread I have toasted ie. English muffins, bagels and of course bread. I do think it need to 'get broke in' a bit to create equal toasting in the sides of bread.

This was a replacement for identical toaster that served us for years. I love the design and compact profile. It has various features specific for bagel and even frozen food. However, I noticed that the knob that controls toast, light to dark, did not seem to be working at all. It is attached but loose and so you have to put it on the lightest setting and watch it or the food is burnt. I have been very busy and did not return it to the store. Not sure whether this should be returned there or under warranty from manufacturer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A simple, straightforward appliance that does its job and looks good too. It has all the necessary features without the superfluous bells and whistles (led screen).
