Love this toaster! Have had it for a couple weeks now and I’m very happy! The special settings of “Reheat” and “Bagel”, work great and are so useful. The openings are big enough for bagels and bulky rolls to fit well. This was a problem with the last one I ordered despite their ad saying they had wide openings. Highly recommend!

Uneven toasting with higher moisture bread like sourdough. The bagel setting appears to cook the slice side the same level as the top and bottom of the bagel. 3 stars is the best I can give.
